Position Summary:
This is a founding leadership opportunity.
DiscoverU Health is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial sales leader to build and lead our business development and strategic partnerships function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is excited about creating something meaningful and delivering measurable growth from day one.

As our Director of Sales & Strategic Partnerships, you will serve as an active producer responsible for developing new employer partnerships, expanding our concierge healthcare membership, cultivating broker and referral relationships, and generating recurring revenue. Initially, you will lead by example as an individual contributor while laying the foundation for a scalable sales organization.

As DiscoverU Health continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, helping establish DiscoverU Health as the leading concierge healthcare practice in the DMV.


What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute DiscoverU Health's sales and strategic partnership strategy.
  • Build a robust pipeline of employer groups, healthcare organizations, and referral partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with health insurance brokers, benefits consultants, HR leaders, business owners, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Drive growth of our concierge healthcare memberships through strategic B2B sales initiatives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels that generate recurring revenue.
  • Represent DiscoverU Health at networking events, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion.
  • Track key sales metrics and consistently achieve or exceed performance goals.
  • Lead by example as an active producer while building the systems, processes, and relationships that will support future sales team growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead future sales professionals as the department expands.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Uncapped performance-based commission tied to new employer partnerships, concierge memberships, strategic alliances, and revenue growth.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses based on achieving agreed-upon growth objectives.

  • Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000–$160,000+ annually.
