Position Summary:
The Business Development Representative – Home Care is responsible for driving referral growth and increasing census for DiscoverU Health's Home Care division. This individual will develop relationships with referral partners, generate new business opportunities, and serve as the face of DiscoverU Health throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified referral sources.
- Increase Private Duty and Medicaid Waiver census through strategic outreach.
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, faith communities, and other referral partners.
- Conduct community presentations, networking events, and educational outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly referral, admission, and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate sales activity within the CRM.
- Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Represent DiscoverU Health professionally in the community.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of business development, healthcare sales, home care sales, or community outreach experience.
- Demonstrated success generating referrals, increasing census, or growing business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000–$45,000.
- Performance-based commission.
- Quarterly incentives.
- Concierge Medicine access.
- On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$80,000.
